Yue is a full-time professional knifemaker and the co-founder of Vosteed Cutlery. Prior to his current adventure at Vosteed, Yue has designed many popular knives and was featured in Knife Magazine.
As a fellow foodie, Yue got his doctoral degree in nutrition and food anthropology at the University of Oklahoma. He was interviewed by Gizmodo, and many of his food researches are archived by the National Library of Medicine.
Besides knife making, Yue also volunteers as a part-time animal rescuer. In addition to making knives, Yue also enjoys watching college football and long-distance hiking.
