One of my favorite knives, at any price!

I love this knife. Everything about it is excellent! I like copper, for its beautiful color as well as its weight, and this knife has it. I don’t usually prefer Micarta, but this is great Micarta. I love the Nessmuk shape of the blade, which is good for everything from slicing tomatoes to spreading peanut butter. Of course M390 is arguably one of the best blade steels, the gimping is perfect and the action is superb… The blade flies out with only light flipper pressure, and falls shut with the best. One thing this knife has much better than most is liner lock access, which is perfect… big, easy and comfortable, contributing to this knife’s high fiddle factor! Another exceptional point is the deep-carry clip, which is mounted in a slot (not quite flush), and which screws are flush. This ranks among the best clip mounts ever. This knife is beautiful and effective, but not scary, which is exactly what I want.

I have only one request. Can we have a Special Edition (copper bolsters) with thumb studs?

Vosteed Nightshade - Limited Edition

I really cannot review the knife since the USPS lost it. I have submitted a trace, but I have not heard anything after over a week.

Vosteed Nightshade

This is a well-crafted and solid knife. It has the correct heft to it without being heavy. The blade shape is unique and the edge is sharp. Deployment of the blade is fun and invites fidgety-ness. The deep-carry clip makes it easy to carry in the pocket. I love this purchase and look forward to purchasing further Vosteed blades

Blown Away

Blown away by the finish and materials used on this knife. Jimping is the best I've ever used. All edges on the handle and the blade spine are beveled. I usually prefer a cutout to "spydie flick" my pocket knives but the flipper tab on the Nightshade is so ergonomic, and the blade geometry makes the tab a non-issue when trying to utilize the belly of the blade. For the quality I would happily pay $100 more than the MSRP.
