The knife must be returned with 30 days from the date of receipt.
The knife must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or modifications.

2.What can I do if my knife need to be repaired?
Please feel free to contact us with photos or video showing the problem, we will confirm it and provide a better solution for you. support@vosteed.com
3. Can I ship my knife in a padded envelope?
Please avoid shipping your knife in a padded envelope if possible. Padded envelopes are often ripped or torn open during the shipping process, which could result in your knife being lost or damaged. We cannot be held responsible for knives lost or damaged during shipping. Please use a secure packaging method.
4.Can I return something I bought from another dealer?
We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from Vosteed.com. For all other purchases, please contact the store where you made your purchase.
5. I want to exchange the item I purchased, but it is currently out of stock. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the stock shortage. You have several options:
1.Wait for restocking: We will notify you as soon as the item is back in stock. You can place an exchange request and we will process it promptly once the stock is available.
2.Choose a similar item: If you are open to it, we can suggest similar items that are currently in stock. You can exchange for a substitute product that meets your needs.
3.Refund: If you no longer wish to wait or choose an alternative, you can opt for a refund. We will process the refund according to the original payment method and ensure that you receive it as soon as possible.

1.Why does the Micarta handle turn white or fade?
It's possible that the oil on the scale dried out during shipping.
We recommend applying a little oil on the scale. It should be helpful.
If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
2. Clip on Fixed Blade Knife sheath is loose and won't tighten—what to do?
Regarding this issue, we suggest that you apply some glue on there first, and then tighten the screws. It would be helpful.

6.How to care for a Micarta/G10 scales?
We recommend regularly oiling or waxing the scales to prevent the Micarta from becoming fade and dry. This will also give the scales a silky sheen and bright color.

2.Can I change the product or shipping address after placing the order?
Please feel free to contact us to change any order details before the package ship out.
3.How can I buy the replacement for my knife?

4. When will my order be processed and shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on business days. Please note that our warehouse does not ship on weekends, so some orders processed on Friday may be shipped the following Monday.

Generally, packages should arrive in the United States within 3-7 business days.
Delivery to Mexico, Australia, and Europe places normally takes 10-25 business days.
