Shipping
1.How long will it take to get my package?
Generally, packages should arrive in the United States within 3-7 business days.
Delivery to Mexico, Australia, and Europe places normally takes 10-25 business days.
2.Can I make an order ship to Canada/UK?
So sorry that we cannot ship our knife to Canada/UK due to customs policy issues now.

Returns and Warranty
1.How can I return my product back?
The knife must be returned with 30 days from the date of receipt.
The knife must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, damage, or modifications.

2.What can I do if my knife need to be repaired?
Please feel free to contact us with photos or video showing the problem, we will confirm it and provide a better solution for you. support@vosteed.com
3.Warranty Coverage
