Steven Vuong A few hairs thicker, and some more weight would make this perfect. Trying to bushwhack with it and it just doesn't have a enough heft to get a good chop or clean slice

Daved Artemik I have been wanting to get one of these for a while, but the initial versions didn't have a thumb stud, which works best with my hand. I really wanted the one with the brass or copper accents, but this one had the combination I like at the price I wanted. The micarta handle is my goto for a nicer feeling EDC; I use my G10 and metal handles for more rugged tasks, typically. The thumbstud allows the action on this to be smooth and snappy. The bearing at the pivot is really good. I also don't need fancy steels that steal your cash just to have a name. I prefer a price-ratio that meets my demands, and this Nitro-V does. It's also really sharp out of the box. I have always loved the Shilin cutter, and this is a nice homage to the design, with the bamboo leaf blade shape, and the curved handle that fits your hand great. I own a good collection of knives, and this is one of my favorites.

Mark Kiger There is no way to understand the attraction to this knife until you try one. I looked past the Nightshade for a very long time because I just did not get it. After so many positive reviews I decided to give one a try. This purchase makes nine of them in my collection. Out of around 150 great EDC knives I own I just keep coming back to one of my Nightshades. If you have not tried one yet I strongly recommend it.

Matthew Lindquist Good ergonomics, I’ve got big hands and it somehow feels right. I like the blade shape quite a bit more than I thought I would. Fit and finish is always good with Vosteed. Very clean right out of the box.

Jerome bradbury This knife was far better than I thought it was going to be! The feel of the handle and the weight in my hand is a work or art!! The curve of the blade is a perfect complement to it size! Will definitely be buying more
