Introducing the latest Corgi V, featuring a 2.95" US-Made S35VN drop-point blade that offers enhanced cutting edge and utility while maintaining an excellent blade-to-handle ratio of nearly 1:1. The aluminum handle is re-engineered for a visually slim, sleek, and sturdy profile, ensuring premium ergonomics for everyday carry.

With a 2.95" blade, robust Vanchor Lock®, our ultra anti-slip MAMATTE™ (Micro ARC Matte)  finish, and upgraded dual jimpings, it's an elevated and evolved version of the Corgi V—packing more performance without compromising the clean, symmetrical, and unique aesthetics that made the Corgi iconic.

Proprietary Metal Finish: MAMATTE™ (Micro ARC Matte)

The aluminum handle scales of the Corgi V 295 are adorned with our proprietary MAMATTE™ (Micro ARC Matte) Finish—an aesthetically pleasing, non-reflective matte surface that exhibits exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. Additionally, anti-slip circular patterns are meticulously milled into the surface to ensure a secure grip while enhancing the visual appeal.

How is Aluminum Engineered for Enhanced Grip and Matte Finish?

Following the CNC machining of the aluminum handles, they undergo a rigorous cleaning process utilizing ultrasonic technology to eliminate any contaminants. Subsequently, the handles are immersed in an alkaline electrolyte solution rich in conductive ions. Once all entrapped air bubbles are expelled, a controlled electrical current is applied at precise voltage and amperage. This process generates micro-arcs on the surface, creating localized high-temperature spots for a brief duration.

As a result of this innovative treatment, the surface develops a durable, ceramic-like layer, yielding a matte, non-slip finish that not only provides an exceptional tactile experience but also boasts superior wear and corrosion resistance.

Minimalist Design

By using a CNC-milled bridge backspacer, two aluminum handle scales are seamlessly connected. This smartly engineered one-piece backspacer provides extra structural integrity and allows us to make the show side as clean as possible. As a result, all screws disappeared from view on the show side.

Thanks to the 180° blade rotation, the knife folds into itself cleanly, keeping the profile minimal and non-threatening—perfect for EDC environments. A deep-carry clip ensures it rides low and out of sight in your pocket, ready when you need it.

Perfectly Balanced for EDC

We've scaled up the beloved Corgi V to a 2.95" US-Made S35VN drop-point blade, delivering more cutting edge and utility—while maintaining the ideal blade-to-handle ratio, at almost 1:1. The aluminum handle's streamlined profile has been reengineered to stay slim yet sturdy, offering premium ergonomics for everyday carry.

Fun Ways to Open

Just like its little brother, the Corgi V 295 offers multiple opening options:

· A front flipper for intuitive, fast action

· The innovative wheeler mechanism, inspired by lighter rollers, with a deeply jimped wheel for satisfying control

Each opening method delivers that signature "click" that makes the Corgi family so addictive to use.

Solid as Ever: The Vanchor Lock®

At its heart lies the patented Vanchor Lock® system—paired with larger bearings and a fail-safe design.

Its magnetically recessed button prevents accidental deployment while ensuring smooth lockup and disengagement. This mechanism is as solid as it is fidget-friendly.

Nice Enough, but nothing special

An elegant little knife. I was particularly taken by the pristine handle design. The blade had some play to it, though.

Almost perfect!

This could almost be the coolest knife of the year! I have had it for less than 24 hours and already have identified a pretty big flaw in it. The front flipper tab is great, using the Vanchor lock is great, using the top flipper jimping on the back is not so great. The detent on this knife is a bit stronger than other front flippers as, especially at this price point, so it takes more to get off that detent and get the blade moving with this opening method. The issue is that the jimping isn’t very tall so you have to give a good push into it to grip your finger into the top and pull to deploy the knife but your finger wants to stop on the back of the frame once the blade is in motion. Where your finger stops is right in the path of the front flipper tab portion of the blade and pinches the heck out of your finger almost every time.

I think if the jimping was raised a bit so it gets closer to the stop pin it would remove this issue because your finger would travel past where that front flipper tab is going to go.

Other than that I love the knife in terms of the style, blade profile, lock type, and other opening methods.
