    Hackney Chef's Knife

    After this 8" Chef Knife from Vosteed arrived recently, I decided to prepare some salsa fresca to test out the performance of the knife. The knife is very comfortable to handle, is very sharp out of the box, and made short work of dicing up tomato, onion, bell pepper, jalapeno pepper and cilantro! I'm very pleased with the performance and think it's an excellent value! I'm looking forward to years of use with this new knife!!!
