      We use traditional Japanese sharpening method. 12°degree shallower angle on one side and 18°degree slightly steeper angle on the other side for extreme sharpness and long-lasting performance.

    • EXCELLENT HANDING

      Lightweight G10 handle with Non-slip surface treatment for maximum comfort and durability. Subtle hexagon patterns on the handle makes it grippy and secured.

    Nice looking. Very sharp (15/15 bevel). Don't know how edge retention will be yet. Well balanced; well made. Handle butt a little edgy for my small hand. Price point makes it particularly attractive.
