The Xeno is our latest collaboration with Geoff Blauvelt of TuffKnives, boldly exploring biomechanical design inspired by the dark, unsettling aesthetics of H.R. Giger. For this special edition, Timascus accents on the Vanchor Lock button, backspacer, and 3D CNC-milled pocket clip add layered color to its cold, engineered form.

A Blade That Breaks Familiar Shapes

The Xeno's 3.23" Vanax blade is bioacid-resistant and features a dual-section edge—sharp in both geometry and attitude. Finished in Obsidian DLC, it gives Xeno an even darker, more striking presence. Crafted from Uddeholm's nitrogen-rich Superclean stainless steel, Vanax delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and edge stability. Even a 240-hour salt-mist test barely phases it.

Biomechanical Titanium Architecture

The titanium handle is formed through multiple precision processes, including high-vacuum finishing, producing a solid, refined structure. Subtle biomechanical lines flow through the frame like exoskeletal plating, reinforcing Xeno's dark, futuristic presence.

The Power of the Vanchor Lock

The Xeno deploys through its thumbhole or upgraded Vanchor Lock. Open it with a smooth slow roll or an action-packed reverse flick. The Vanchor Lock delivers crisp action and a solid, confident lockup—mechanical, controlled, and precise.

Every detail serves a purpose. A mini Vanax pry bar is included as a subtle extra, extending the steel's resilience beyond the blade.
