Inspired by the valuable knowledge shared on 'Learn Your Land' hosted by Adam Haritan, Rob decided to create a unique knife named 'Morel' as a tribute to his admiration for the channel. In a gesture of appreciation, Rob presented the Morel prototype #001 to Adam. The Morel is a design connecting the knife world with the world of wilderness exploration.

Functional Design

With its well-though-out combination of materials and thoughtful design, the Morel has firmly established itself as one of the most functional and distinctive folding knives in the world of gardening and horticulture.

Versatile Blade Shape

Designed with mushroom hunting enthusiasts in mind, the Morel boasts an uncommon and highly practical blade shape. The blade's lower pivot point, compound grind, and generous height and width all come together to make the Morel an outstanding EDC companion for anyone who values versatility and performance.

Well-thought-out Materials

What truly sets the Morel apart is the exquisite attention to detail in its construction. The blade, made from N690 steel, ensures durability and sharpness, while the aerospace-grade 6065 aluminum handle, coated with a ceramic powder finish, provides a smooth yet soft tactile experience. The handle's subtle arch and ergonomic design offer exceptional comfort and a secure grip, making the Morel ideal for extended use during your foraging adventures.

Inclusivity in Every Detail

Rob's dedication to inclusivity shines through in the Morel's features. The knife features a crossbar lock mechanism, a convenient thumbhole opening option, and dual pocket carry positions, catering to both left and right-handed individuals. In fact, the Morel is exceptionally South Paw-friendly, ensuring that all foragers can appreciate its utility and craftsmanship.

Weird, but cool knife

Mainly bought it for the odd shape and the compound grind. Feels solid in hand, cuts fine.

Morel

Scales are a little sharp on the pocket. Same with the clip. Also button is kinda rough. Still love the knife. Could be improved. Always a fan and supporter of Rob. Thanks

Good%2C not great

I love this knife. I rated 4%2F5 stars and I would buy again. My only request would be that there was more finger relief for the thumb hole. %0D%0A%0D%0AP.S. The Axis lock mechanism has a stronger spring%2C but a shorter throw. I don’t know if that’s good is bad%2C but it’s still a great knife.

A little smaller than what I expected. Standard vosteed qaulity. I have 7 of their knives one of my favorite companies.
